　　雅思大作文总体分为两种： 说明文和议论文。

　　雅思说明文：

　　it is / there is/ there are (it is true that many people eat junk food everyday.)议论文：I think that there are too many junk foods in our society.

　　I think = I believe = I hold the opinion that = my view is说明文一般描述的是关于社会现象或者问题，包括了或者是一个趋势的优点或者是缺点，这类文章通常都是以描述为主，基于事实描述，比较客观，不代有任何的特殊性。 就是一般我们这个社会都能够接受的论点。

　　议论文一般针对的是题目中的一个话题 (some people think)，以及部分人对这个话题的想法(some people think, while others believe, 有些人认为。。。 当另外一些人认为)，然后要求你是不是同意或者是发表你自己的看法(I think this is correct/true; I disagree with this)。 这类题目通常会在题目中引述一个观点，然后要求你针对那个观点，进行写作。 议论文比较基于主观事实描述，一般来说，文章的主体是以 为什么而展开，，作者需要通过解释，论证从而达到一个比较合理的能够具有说服力的一个层次。 作者要展开自己的想法，并要通过论证，让读者认为你所写的是正确的，合理的。

　　雅思议论文通常只有两种问法：

　　To what extent do you agree or disagree (你从多大程度上同意这个观点)》》》题目中一部分人只会提出对于某个问题所产生的一个看法。作者所要进行论证就是你是否同意这么一个看法无论是采取同意的，还是不同意的写作手法，再论述的过程中必须从不同角度去验证你为什么同意或者不同意的理由。 (正面论证，反面论证，假设论证，比较论证，例子论证，数据论证)正面论证： computers are good for children.

　　比较论证：Dragon Palace has only one prawn for their prawn dumpling; while LIUFU has two prawns.

　　假设论证：Without computers, it is very hard for people to find information quickly.(如果没有电脑，人们找需要的信息将会是十分困难的)例子论证： Bill Gates is a classic example about this.

　　数据论证： Around 55% people like the Yum Cha from LIUFU restaurant in Perth.

　　反面论证：idea: Liufu is good.

　　Dragon Palace has many complaint raised in 20xx.

　　举例子常用的词汇：for example +句子; for instance + 句子Such as + 短语; like + 短语

　　Discuss both views and give your opinion (讨论双方观点然后给出你自己的看法)》》》与第一个题目不同的地方在于，这个题目相对来说，是针对了一个话题，两组人，对于这个话题，产生的相反的不同的看法，题目要求的就是作者针对这两种看法，表达你自己的观点。

　　雅思写作这类文章的时候，第一点，你必须先客观描述为什么第一组人是这么想的 (for the people who agree that … ….)，第二组人是那么想的 (on the other hand, for the opposite group, I think this is because … …)。在这里， 必须分为两个不同的独立段落进行描述。通过两个独立段落的描述之后，作者在中间第三段的时候，展开自己的观点，自己的观点包括了你同意第一组人的看法 (from my point of view, I think first group is correct.)，或者你同意第二组人的看法(from my point of view, I think the latter view is correct)，或者你觉得两种都有可取之处，或者你觉得两种的观点都有不足之处。(I think both opinions are reasonable.)说明文:

　　问题解决类文章：

　　What factor cause this problem? 什么因素导致了这个问题Why this problem occurred ?为什么这个问题会产生How to solve this problem? 如何解决这个问题What is the solution to this problem?解决这个问题的方案是什么What kind of measurement(措施) should xxx take ? (Government, individual (个人))我们可以采取什么样的措施

　　>>>客观写法：不需要个人观点，只需要客观描述为什么会这样?然后再去回答如何解决这个问题，但是必须要从不同的角度去理解，诠释。

　　优缺点讨论类的

　　分为三种题型

　　第一种 ：discuss the advantage and disadvantages of this. 讨论这个东西的优点以及缺点第二种： do the advantage outweigh its disadvantage? 这个东西的优点是否大于缺点?

　　第三种： is it a positive or negative development? 这是一个正面的发展，还是一个负面的发展?

　　Advantage = pros = benefit = strength = good point =beauty sideDisadvantage=cons=drawback=weakness=shortcoming=ugly side第一种：平衡性写法

　　中间段展开比较均衡， 只需要客观对等描述其优点或者缺点即可， 不需要倾向性的描述(这类文章在雅思考试中已经比较少见)第二种：倾向性写法

　　文章的开头段一般首先需要明确， (你是觉得)优点大于缺点还是缺点大于优点。文章中，必须用一句话，来清楚明白的点名并且回答。

　　第三种：一边倒写法

　　同样的，文章的开头段一般首先需要明确， 是一个正面的发展还是一个负面的发展，，文章的中间段，只需要一个比较客观阐述理由明确你为什么觉得这样的发展是一个正面的还是负面的发展Para1: First of all, computers help people to find the information quickly.

　　Para 2: On the other hand, computers also give people a convenience 便利life.

　　Para 3: despite of its advantage from computers, it gives some illegal chances for some criminals.
