　　全体在澳的中国留学生同学们

　　xx年5月12日下午14时28分，四川省汶川县发生7.8级地震，现已造成上万伤亡。突如其来的灾难给灾区人民带来了极大的痛苦. 作为一名留学生，我们远在他乡但心不曾远离我们的祖国.我们身处千里之外，能够做的也许不多，但还是一些事是我们能够也应该做到的：

　　首先，捐款可以，但是一定要切合自身的能力，要以保证自己的生活为前提，如果因为过多捐款或额外的打工导致自己生活和学习受到影响便是本末倒置，是不值得提倡的。

　　第二，全世界还没有哪一个国家能够准确及时预测地震，所以不要去指责我们的专家，现在是我们最应该团结的时候，我们应该相信我们的政府，现在我们的子弟兵，医务人员，新闻工作者正奋斗在最前线，我们应该做他们最坚强的后盾。

　　第三，作为一个留学生，我们应该时刻记住我们自己的身份，我们是中国人，我们的一言一行代表了我们国家的形象，对于那些侮辱我们国家荣誉的言论和做法，我们我们应该做的是争取主动，准确的表达出现实，冷静的进行反驳，过激的言行只会让他们更加觉得国人没有素质。

　　最后也是最重要的一点：每个在自己的岗位上做好自己份内的事也是对灾区的一种贡献。作为留学生，我们出国的目的是为了将来报效祖国，我们最重要的任务是学习，面临如此灾难，我们应该化悲痛为力量，更加努力的学习，将来发展祖国科技，强盛祖国的经济。

　　让我们众志成城，团结一心，为灾区的人民祈福，相信中国政府和共产党，和祖国人民携手共度这次难关。
